Midweek Special:
Bookings made directly with Morokolo for 3 nights stay or more on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays are eligible for 10% discount on the accommodate rate, upon request.
Includes:
- One professionally guided game drive per night booked.
- Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, DSTV, pool table & bar.
- Complimentary WI-FI.
- Housekeeping service once daily.
- Linen, towels and bedding.
- First two bags firewood plus one packet firelighters supplied free per booking. Any additional firewood and firelighters are charged for (rates below).
Excludes:
- Daily conservation levy

◦ R 95 per pensioner per night - Refunds for cancellation of game drive due to inclement weather.
- Any meals, refreshments, beverages or additional activities.
- Any other personal charges, such as breakage deposit.
- Breakage deposit of R1000 – refundable after check-out (net of any charges to your account).
Optional Add-ons:
- Additional professionally guided drive safaris, maximum 10 guests:
◦ For up to four guests sharing = R 2,000 per drive
◦ Additional guests sharing = R 500 per person Charges are split between guest groups - All professionally guided walking safaris, maximum 4 guests per walk:
◦ For up to two guests = min R 1,500.00 per walk
◦ For three or four guests = R 750.00 per person - Baby sitting service charged for separately.

Terms & Conditions:
Cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in / preferably prior to arrival. The credit card used for the online payments must be present at check-in. All guests to sign the North West Parks Board and Black Rhino Game Reserve indemnity forms including compliance with all rules and regulations of the parks, reserve and lodges.
The rules governing game drives do not permit children under 6 on the game drives for their own safety. If you would like we can arrange a babysitter to look after them at an hourly rate. Children between 6 and 12 years are permitted to join the adult game drives at the ranger’s discretion. There are only a maximum of 10 guests (including children) allowed on the game drive vehicle.
Cancellation policy:
- 100% of booking fee for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to stay with the exception of peak period bookings (16 Dec 2021 until 12 Jan 2022) – then a 100% cancellation fee will be applicable for cancellations made up to 60 days prior to travel date or a 50% postponement fee will be applicable for postponement of the booking.
- 50% of booking fee for cancellations made less than 60 days prior to stay, with the exception of peak period bookings (16 Dec 2021 until 12 Jan 2022) – then a 50% cancellation fee will be applicable for cancellations made up to 90 days prior to travel date or a 30% postponement fee will be applicable for postponement of the booking.
- 0% of booking fee for cancellations made more than 90 days prior to stay with the exception of peak period bookings (16 Dec 2021 until 12 Jan 2022) where a 20% cancellation fee will be applicable for cancellations made more than 120 days prior to travel date or subject to 10% postponement fee. Refund will be processed less a 5% administration fee.
- Should guests not be able to travel due to COVID, lock down and/or travel restrictions, the above cancellation policy shall apply unless proof is provided of such restriction and the booking can be deferred to another available date, no later than 365 days from the initial intended travel date and a postponement fee of 10% shall apply.
