Midweek Special:
Bookings made directly with Morokolo for 3 nights stay or more on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays are eligible for a special direct booking discount on the accommodation rack rate, upon request.
Includes:
- One professionally guided game drive per night booked.
- Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, DSTV, pool table & bar.
- Complimentary WI-FI.
- Housekeeping service once daily.
- Linen, towels and bedding.
- First two bags firewood plus one packet firelighters supplied free per booking. Any additional firewood and firelighters are charged for (rates below).
Excludes:
- Daily conservation levy
◦ R 200 per adult (12 – 59yrs) per night
◦ R 150 per pensioner (60yrs +) per night
◦ R 150 per child (0 – 11yrs) per night
- Refunds for cancellation of game drive due to inclement weather.
- Any meals, refreshments, beverages or additional activities.
- Any other personal charges, such as breakage deposit.
- Breakage deposit of R 1,000 may be charged – refundable after check-out (net of any charges to your account).
Optional Add-ons:
- Additional professionally guided drive safaris, maximum 10 guests sharing. Charges are split evenly between guest groups sharing.
◦ For up to four guests sharing = R 2,250 per 2-3hr lodge drive
◦ Additional guests sharing = R 500 per person on lodge drive only
◦ For up to ten guests sharing = R 9,750 for a full day (up to 9hr) experiential drive
- All professionally guided walking safaris, maximum 4 guests per walk:
◦ For up to two guests = min R 2,750.00 per 2-3hr lodge walk
◦ For additional guests shaing (three or four) = R 1,300.00 per person for 2-3hr lodge walks
◦ For up to two guests = min R 4,950 for a full 6-8hr experiential walk
◦ For additional guests sharing (three or four) = R 2,250 per person for a full 6-8hr experiential walk
- Baby sitting service may be available upon request; charged for separately.
- Additional firewood charged at R 45 per bag.
- Additional firelighters during stay charged at R35 per packet.
- Airport transfers (arranged on request at an additional cost).
- Pre-ordered beverages, pre-prepared / frozen meals.

Terms & Conditions:
- 100% of booking fee for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to stay with the exception of peak period bookings (01 Dec 2024 until 26 Jan 2025) – then a 100% cancellation fee will be applicable for cancellations made up to 60 days prior to travel date or a 50% postponement fee will be applicable for postponement of the booking.
- 50% of booking fee for cancellations made less than 60 days prior to stay, with the exception of peak period bookings (01 Dec 2024 until 26 Jan 2025) – then a 50% cancellation fee will be applicable for cancellations made up to 90 days prior to travel date or a 30% postponement fee will be applicable for postponement of the booking.
- 0% of booking fee for cancellations made more than 90 days prior to stay with the exception of peak period bookings (01 Dec 2024 until 26 Jan 2025) where a 20% cancellation fee will be applicable for cancellations made more than 120 days prior to travel date or subject to 10% postponement fee. Refund will be processed less a 10% administration fee.
- Should guests not be able to travel due to any national travel restrictions, the above cancellation policy shall still apply unless proof is provided of such restriction and the booking can be deferred to another available date, no later than 180 days from the initial intended travel date and a postponement fee of 10% shall apply.
